User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWORST BANK ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. TELLERS ARE RUDE, WEB SITE IS HORRIBLE. I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO SWITCH TO CHASE. TONY IS THE NICEST GUY IN THERE, BUT SEEMS TO HAVE LITTLE EFFECT ON HOW THE TELLERS ACT, WHICH OF COURSE ARE AWFUL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, WEB TEAM IS HORRIBLE, IT IS NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING UNDER
