    Waste of time: Emailed about purchasing a Yaris, dealership didn't email back or call. I guess they sell too many cars and don't need my business!!!

    Bad Customer service: Last year, I took my car for appraisal and the manager treated me very unprofessionally\rudely. I will never buy a car from Team Toyota Highland.
