User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPoorly managed: I went in with a healthy pocketful of change, started my wash, went to the change machine to get quarters for dring, only to find out it was empty. The attendant told me the manager was on his way and I could try to get change from a neighboring business. Well, the neighboring businesses wouldn't give me quarters becauses this laundromat is notorious for keeping their change machine empty and they couldn't afford to sell all of their quarters to the laundromats customers anymore. The attendant on duty kept insisting, for several hours, that her manager was on his way. After 4 hours (by now it is 11pm) he never came. I think she was instructed to lie. I had to go back home and raid my childrens piggy banks...my other option was to load all my wet clothes into my car and drape them around my apartment to air dry. It is a disgusting dump, too. Luckily for them, it's the only place in town now, so why should they care about customer service? We have no choice.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt only gets 1 star because you cant give zero: Unbelievable, today I tried to take in my laundry for the drop off service. I was informed that it would take 5 days to get it back. It was one (1) load of laundry. After I got the attendant to stop reading her magazine and talk to me she told me it takes 5 days because 6 loads had already been dropped off, I mean you can only expext them to wash a load a day.
My advice is to not waste your time.-

A dump - look elsewhere: Family Circle's building is very dirty. The machines are dirty, moldy, rusty and far too many are "out of service". Most of the rest are in horrible condition, not taking money or not working properly. Second hand smoke is also a nasty problem.
