I am currently experiencing the same problem as described by Amy 3413. I also am experiencing the same type of employees which I believe is a direct reflection of poor management. They are very evasive and you cnnot even track down the manager to discuss the issue/problem or a resoultion. I have register a formal compliant with the BBB. If I am unsuccessful, I will futher pursue this issue legally. I believe I am a resonable person. I only request that my trousers be located with in a reasonable time frame or be reinbursed for their loss. The manager has made themself unavialble. At this point they have been non responsive. Once this issue is resolved I will post what I hope to be a favorable resoultion.

Incompetent people working here: I've been taking my dry cleaning and alterations here for years. Recently, they've hired some teenagers to run the place. They have no clue what they're doing and they have no communication skills. I took a pair of jeans in for a minor hem....I was told one week. It's been three weeks and I still do not have them. I keep getting excuses. I have a feeling they have no idea where they are. Not to mention the jeans cost 110.00. I will never go back.
