    Quality service with the down home touch. Sales lady was having trouble finding a troybilt Adapter kit for my walk-behind model 11A-436A711 mower and instead of keeping me on the phone she offered to take my number, continue the search, and call me back after locating it or letting me know that we would have to order the part. Whatever the outcome, she stated possible solutions before I got off the phone and re-assured me that she would take care of me
