User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe have a spoiled rotten beagle and tried a number of boarding kennels for vacations until we found T & B White's. Prior to going there, our dog always came home sick or filthy - once even with a broken leg that the kennel had no idea how it happened. What a difference T & B White's has made. Our dog comes home happy, clean, healthy - no evidence of having had any stress whatsoever. We drive about 30 miles out of our way to take our dog there. I believe that Tess may have dug her heels in about her rules with The Man In Black and it's unfortunate there was a misunderstanding, however, it's T&B White's insistence that their rules be followed that keeps our pets happy and healthy. As a sidenote - I won't bring my cat there - their facility for cats is so luxurious - my cat would probably expect me to match it!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWanted to write a review to make sure T&B White's got the credit they deserve. My dogs love them and so do I. My animals are well cared for, so I don't have to worry about them when I am off having fun.
I love that they require kennel cough so all dogs come in and go home healthy. The convenience of the groom shop is an added plus since I have a standard poodle and a 3lb Maltese.
Thanks for all you do and I'll see you next vacation.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsabosolutely the rudest woman in pet grooming in a 60 mile radius. tried to ask a few easy questions and she she cut me short and then she said "if i didn't like her rules.....tough"
and then she hung up the phone on me.
i would never recommend T&B Whites in Bristol Indiana for any animal grooming and/or animal care unless you want your animal to suffer animal cruelty. Considering she was rude to me a potential paying customer I suspect your prized family member would suffer the same fate or worse.
This is not the first time I heard about this place. Do not let the nice facility fool you.

In reference to the review of 3/17/09 I would like to add my 2 cents. I visit my mother, who lives in Bristol, often and sometimes we like to bring our dogs with us (Standard Poodle & 3lb Maltese). When we were originally looking for a boarder in the area my mom told me to check out T&B White's because she had heard that they were the best around and recommended by the local vets. We contacted them and were impressed that they were very professional - they required a shot record up front to make sure my dogs were healthy. I liked this because my local groomer doesn't require the kennel cough and we have caught it from boarders over the years. The facility is always spotless and my dogs are always happy - what more could I ask for? I don't know what happened with the person above, but I am sure there is no risk of animal cruelty at this faciliy. Maybe she has the wrong place? I would suggest calling them to make up your own mind or contacting a local vet to see who they recommend.
