User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDonna Lees Rocks The House!!!: See there? 3 Exclaimation points! This place is the (can i swear?) um.. shiznitt? hehehe. The bartenders are fun and make DELICIOUS drinks, some that they created themselves (ask for a "juicy kiss", a "facelift" or some "funky sex on the couch" mmm). They are also very polite (as long as your there to drink, not just take up space. and super sexy!
karaoke (as mentioned) is Friday and Saturday. Friday nights rock, but you get every genre of music really, you can rap some Eminem, scream some Disturbed, or even sing some Hank Williams. They got something for everyone, especially FUN!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood place, I recommend it to anyone!!: I've never tried any of the food at all, I've just ordered drinks.. But don't get me wrong, it's not that I've heard bad things, or even had bad experiences with their food in any way, but I just want to say this: The bartenders there make their drinks noticably stronger than you're probably used to from any other bar. I can say this truthfully, at least compared to the bars I have personally been to in South Bend. Other than that, the staff are good people, and so are the regulars that you'll find there.. at least the regulars that I see on the weekends, which is about the only time I go to any bar. So, on a scale of 1 through 10 (compared to all the bars I've been to in South Bend) I give this bar a 9!
If that's not enough of a detailed description, then all that's left to describe are the events held there. There's karaoke friday-sunday, and there are pool tournaments held friday-sunday, too. It only takes $6 to enter those pool tournaments, but not matter who signs up, and who wins, any participant in any given tournament is guaranteed a free drink. 1st place wins all the money that is accumulated from the $6 dollars from all the people that participated in that night's tournament that signed up. 2nd place wins a certain percentage of that. 3rd place wins $10. And 4th place wins some money, too.
So on that note, what better motivation do you need as far as a chance to win money, and get a free drink? And that means "ANY" drink you want, and/or can think of. So long as they serve it, and/or know how to make it!
Other than that, from my personal experience there, the things that I like best about it is, as I mentioned before, the people, and the employees there.. I'm not the average "bar hopper" so to speak.. I actually only go and hang out at any bar that any of my friends hang out at. But if this bar wasn't as good as I think it is, I wouldn't be writing this review. So if you're reading this, and you want to check this bar out because you read this review, then I suggest you go just to experience a fun time, and great people! Besides that, my friends wouldn't hang out there if THEY didn't think it was just as fun as I think it is. So go there, and have some fuggin' fun!!
