Burton's Laundry & Dry

January 13, 2008. I have been going to this laundry mat for about 41/2 years, but last night I recieved the worst customer service I have gotten from anywhere. The laundry attendant was extremely rude and obnoxious toward me and my husband. She threatened to kick us out just for using a certain set of dryers toward the back of the facility. There were no signs stating to not use them nor did she ever tell us not to use them. Then as we were finishing up with our laundry it was getting close to closing time and she threatened us again by saying she was going to shut the lights out on us in 10 min. (we just needed 15 min. to finish!) I was very diappointed, but I still remained the mature one and never was impolite to her. She even tried to argue with me and I refused to. I simply told her that she did not need to be rude. Well, I wouldn't reccommend this laundry mat any longer. I suggest the Burton's on Ireland in South Bend. I've been there before and it was nice.
