User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPlease, think twice before using this bridal shoppe. We used them for my sister's wedding, and I wish we hadn't. First, they ordered two completely random braidsmaids dresses; the right colors, wrong dresses. When this was discovered they tried to make us pay for the rush fee for the next set of dresses. then went the next set of dresses came in our other sister's dresses was a size 10 when she needed a size 14. Then my dress,they put the cups in backwards. For your peace of mind you might want to try somewhere else. The change in ownership for Helen to Peggy Ann may have changed the quality of work for the worst.

Best little Bridal Shop!!: I looked EVERYWHERE for a mother's dress. Called the shop and said what I was looking for and when I came in Helen had a brochure out with mother's dresses and suggestions for me. I found the perfect dress that suited my own style and with the wedding just a few weeks away Helen placed the order while I waited and was told it would be shipped the same day. Less than a week later my dress had arrived and fit perfectly!! Helen does all her alterations, she is so genuine and helpful and really cares about her customers! This might well be the best kept bridal stores secret. I would HIGHLY recommend this for brides, mothers, etc. Her customer service was top notch and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and extremely happy with my dress!!!

When the shop was run by Helen this place was wonderful. Helen altered a bridesmaid dress for me and I have never had a piece of clothing fit so well..... however, the ownership and seamstress has changed. I tried Pam's alterations on another bridesmaid dress and it was not good at all. First, when I went in she could find my dress, then she hurried and did the alterations in a day or so. Unless you want to exactly explain what you want and don't mind checking up often I would not consider Pam's alterations.

I would also agree with this. I had trouble with my bridesmaid dress as well both in service and in alterations and will not return
