Papa Vino's

I found Papa Vino's by accident. I had never heard of it before. I live near Chesterton, In. and we don't have a Papa Vino's nearby. I was expecting an Italian restaurant with spaghetti and garlic bread. What I found was so much more. Everything on the menu is prepared to perfection, from the appetizers through the main courses, to the overwhelming, decadent desserts. The moment that you walk through the door, you feel like you have just come home. The greeting is warm and friendly, the servers are polite, friendly, and very, very professional. They are very experienced and seem to anticipate your needs even before you ask. The portions are large enough to fill the hungriest and the prices are reasonable enough so as not to walk away broke. I have been back many times and brought many of my friends and family back with me, only to have them thank me over and over again for such a wonderful experience. As you can tell, I can't say enough good things about Papa Vino's. I will be back again and again. You should try it, too. You will not be dissapointed.

Listen, I am NOT a fan if Italian restaurants. Too many times, the pasta is overcooked, the seasoning too bland, the sauces invariable too sweet. BUT WAIT! I was in northern Indiana on vacation a few weeks ago and went to Papa Vino's in Mishawaka.
I was VERY impressed - the waiter was great - not hovering but attentive; the food, especially the wild mushroom fettucini was fantastic. We need a Papa Vino's down in southern Indiana.

Papa Vino's has a wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing food! It is, by far, the best Italian food I've had in this area! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone!! Try it for yourself!!
