User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe recently hired Penguin Point to cater our meal for our wedding reception. They charge by the hour and by the person so we ordered food for 100 people to be left under our control and responsibility. We told them to setup the food, stay around for one hour and then leave the cleanup and service to us which they agreed to do. However after an hour had elapsed, they packed up the remaining food and left. They took about half of the food back with them and many of our guests didn't even get to eat. We had to order pizza to feed our wedding guests. When we contacted the office to ask why they had taken the food away, their only response was, "Oh sorry, those people were new and didn't know what to do". They agreed that they shouldn't have removed food but were unwilling to offer anything but an apology. Be careful with this place they are very dishonest. And no fries or tenderloins available :)

LOVE PENGUIN POINT...cannot say enough good things about them...moved to Ohio so everytime I'm in Warsaw I have to stop!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBest Fries in town: Chicken is decent, burgers are awesome, and the fries are great! Big wally is a terriffic sandwich, and the tenderloins (with cheese and slaw) are a unique thing in the world of boring fast food sandwiches.
