Be wary of leasing here and maybe buying. The leasing agent pulled a bait and switch two years ago with my mother. (I am a certified business manager who, unfortunately, was not with her at the time) My mother wanted the RX-9 Grand Touring Ed. with back up camera, in a specific color. The leasing agent called. It was in. Oops not the Grand Touring Edition and without her one need, the back up camera. She needed a car, now. He convinced her to add on the back up camera...for about 900 dollars, after the lease was signed. He never disclosed she would be out that much when the lease was done. A two year lease. Basney Mazda BMW ran her around when it came time to turn it in. Her questions ignored and dismissed. The lease agent pointedly ignored her when she came back (After figuring out she paid to upgrade their vehicle and would get nothing) The leasing agent, lets call him "Chad" was offensive and rude. Pointedly making calls while she stood (alone) in the center of the show room). All other sales people had fled. At my dealerships ignoring current and any customer would not be tolerated. She will never recommend this dealership to anyone. On a positive note she does recommend their service department. The manager of service was always polite to her and seemed to value what professionals understand is the essentials of customer service. Value the customer. Service your vehicle here but avoid leasing and probably buying. (When you walk back in to get your personal plate and the sales people are huddled and laughing about you it isn't a good feeling). Mr. Basney, please have your service manager at this site teach your sales staff some manners and to treat every customer with respect. Mr. "Chad" and his cohorts need some re-training.
