I use this bank for my work and it is always so busy they seem to be in need of more tellers during the lunch time due to the fact some people and business's only have a few minutes to get thier banking done and most of the time you have to wait for quite a long time.
I do understand that this bank was just recently through a change in computors and the tellers are doing a great job, It is just not enough tellers during peak hours.
I am also told that the tellers now have to do all the cleaning in the building as if they dont have enough to do already. Who is suppose to clean the ceiling tiles by the vents(pretty black)? The tellers? Hope not, They have enough to do just trying to keep the customers happy after having to wait so long to do thier banking. Most of the customers come here only because this is the only bank in town and since they have shut down the bank in St. Joe alot of those customers come here now too, So my point to the people in charge of this bank,
If you could come and be a teller for just 2 weeks then maybe you would see how hard it would be for you to take care of customers, clean, and keep the customers from having to stand in long lines during the peak hours when the customers only have so much time before they need to make a decision as to continue waiting and be late for work or just go to another bank after work. Dont get me wrong the tellers do a great job once you get to the teller, It's just getting there in a timely matter during peak times that seams to be the issue.
P.S. Electric Staplers would be faster for the tellers too and may save on time and other issues that may come with that.

ummm have you ever thought of finding a better time to go to the bank you cant expect to not wait when its luch hour DUH your not the only one that has lunch. why dont you voluteer to clean if your so worried about it. its a small town only so many people live there. maybe you should stop and think of all the reasons for the lines being long. maybe you could donate the electric staplers i kind of get where you are coming from but you cant explect that much from the only bank in the small town.
