User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI actually work here and I have to say that I agree with the views expressed here. Problem is the management is horrible. There are only 5 managers and a floor supervisor to run it. Out of those six people, maybe 2 of them actually care about what they are doing. They hire in the worst possible crew members, of which 90% of them are filthy drug users. Good employees have to work extra just to make up for the stupidity of everyone.
The Franchise owners are the Biggest problem though. The grills never work, the shake machine is always out of commission, everything is falling apart. The owner doesn't care and he forces some very inane expectations. How can you NOT be waiting on food when there's only one grill to cook on? Stuff like that is the reason this place is so bad and I have to say , I'm embarrassed to work thee.-

I just came from that restaurant and there were more flyes in there than I have seen at any garbage dump.
Both doors were wide open and flyes everywhere! I have always used the drive through, but today I thought I would go inside. What an experience! This is absolutely the worst. I will be contacting Dekalb County Health Department. That place should be shut down.

Every time my wife and I go to that Mcdonalds there is a problem . You tell them plain they load the thing.The place is very nasty. We have decided not to return .I agree the place should be shut down or have new managers running it instead of the lazy slobs that work there now.I have worked in the food service industry for 15 years and if any ever acted the way they do in mcdonalds they would be fired on the spot. They are rude ,lazy and the place always looks like they never cleane the place.Something has to be done.
