    I was recently at the collisem for Parkview's employee dinner and was appalled at the food. I attended a dinner 5 years ago and it wasn't this bad. The prime rib was cooked so long it tasted like bad roast and no one came around to ask if we wanted more ice tea. I hope Parkview did not pay too much for this meal and I am glad it did not book it for my daughter's wedding. thanks
