Horrible experience: I agree with profmom10 about them not caring about their customers' satisfaction. I ate at the drive-in location on Coliseum Blvd for the first time today. I ordered onion rings and an order of chicken tenders. When the waitress comes, I can tell that there is more food in her hand then what I ordered. She tells me that owe $8 and some change. I told her I thought there was a problem because I only ordered chicken tenders and onion rings. As it turns out, she had ordered me fries too and when I said that I didn't want them and didn't want to pay for them, she said I had to anyway. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get back to work and didn't have time to go anywhere else. So I paid for the order and left. I threw the fries in the trash. Then when I went on the website to leave feedback on my experience, the link to send the feedback wouldn't work. I will definitely never eat there again.

Uncaring: If you have a problem with food or service, don't bother to tell anyone... they don't care.

If you write a letter to the management, it will not be answered. It is no wonder so many Hall's are no longer open to business. No one deserves to keep a business who does not care about their patrons.

Some Down Home Cookin': You know, if I don't ever feel like fast food and don't feel like goin' home to cook either...this place is the closest thing to some good food you will find in Fort Wayne. And the best gosh dang desserts!!
