User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI don't even know how to begin... yesterday a friend took me to dinner at this place. I had never been before. Atmosphere quite nice. I had a horrible experience with the staff and their service and the food.... so did my friend. We both ordered steaks and she received the wrong one. Mine had a tendon or ligament all through it. Okay, fine... I asked for a change and the young man said sure... in the meantime I discovered after taking a bite of my friend's steak had the wrong one. Okay, fine... just adjust the price... we had to ask for the free bread that came with it... after I had mine buttered and on the bread plate, it was taken from me with the steak.... I asked the young man that the replacement steak for me would be cooked medium well.... it came back mooing... during this time our waitress/manager had only come back to our table once and visited the neighbors several times. When the young man was flagged down after the second alive steak... he was rude and to make a long story shorter, told me that there was a McDonald's down the street or an Ernie's or Bernie's pizza place down the street. He gave 10% off on the meal. The waitress/manager said there was nothing she was going to do about the total dissatisfaction of our meal. The second lady we spoke with was just asrudeeventually sent us on our way. I have traveled far and wide for many years. I have NEVER received such horrific lack of customer service. I have been to Paris, France and been treated better...where the french don't like americans. I work in the hotel business and I will let them know where not to eat. I intend to contact the BBB and whomever else concerning this experience.

Super restaurant! We love the chicken parmesean. They give such generous portions. We even call in and have it ready for carry out. Prices are reasonable and food is superb.
