They've cut the portions in half. Non-smoking. Service marginal. Won't eat there again!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this place!: I eat at this skyline at least 3 times a week. The food is a great value and the employees are the best! They just got a new GM (Paula), and the place is getting cleaner each day.

Skyline Chili is good but......: Skyline Chili is great but I just wish they would keep the place a little cleaner. Every time I have eaten there the floors were a mess and far too many tables were not cleaned of dishes even when there were not many patrons in the dining area.
