Getting a good deal on a vehicle here is like pulling teeth. The teeth of an angry hippo. They haggled and haggled even at the end of the year. Screwed me on "document fees". Folks, don't pay "document fees". At all. Bales salesmen are your best friends up to buying the car. Afterwards getting Bales to complete repairs on the due bill is near impossible. I've had my vehicle in there three times and it's still not fixed. Their certified vehicle program is a joke too. I can't beleive mine was certified. I had to take it in to get the mismatched wheels replaced and they broke my rim covers. All of them. Seriously. Luckily getting them to replace them wasn't that hard. I don't recommend this place for service or purchases. The used car manager could not care less after you've bought your car. So much for repeat business Bales. You won't see me again.
