User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsme and my husband moved into these apartments back in January and in the beginning they weren't that bad...since then 1 of our cars has been broken into, the bathtub wall fell...tiles and all right into the tub, and on top of that the lady below us has the cops called at least twice a week on her...so I would not recommend to anyone.

Bad place. Not recommend to rent and live. I lived here for almost one year. The apartment was leaking all the time. The carpet is so dirty. The tennis court has been broken for almost one year. The most important of all, the office people are not helpful at all. They just think about themselves. So selfish. If you have a strong heart, welcome to this place; otherwise, you will be sad and angry everyday!!!!!!!

Knobs Pointe apartment is a SUPER bad place to live. I've lived here for almost one year and the ceiling is leaking all the time. I called the emergency service several times and they did not fix the problem. So, I want to terminate the lease early but the managerail people are not helpful at all. They didn't allow me to terminate the lease. Before, they just kept saying they cannot fix the problem until the weather becomes better. How can there's no better weather in more than 3 months? Strongly not recommend anyone to rent here.
