    I got a decent price on a set of 4 tires and a free alignment inspection. When I came back to pick it up, I not only found out that my truck needed an alignment, but they did so without my authorization or approval and tried to charge me $60 extra for it! To make it worse, the steering was worse after the alignment than it was before! It was either careless stupidity or incompetense. They did, however, fix the alignment issue after the inconvenience of giving me the run-around. To top it off, I hadn't noticed for two days, when I had them move one of the tires I was using previously to the spare under the bed, they merely swapped rims and all, installing a new tire on the rusted spare steel rim. That made the second time I had to bring my truck back to them to fix thier careless mistakes, and the last time I will ever be back.
