Employees were very rude. I arrived thirty minutes before closing and was waited on after about ten minutes. Once my business was concluded I was then told I had to wait just to make my payment (since all the employees were rushing around emptying their cash drawers even though they had 10 minutes until closing.) Meanwhile all the other customers who arrived after I did were taken care of, including customers who walked in right at 5pm when they closed. When I was finally called I told the employee that I thought this was unfair but she didn't even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. In all I was treated rudely by three out of four employees in the branch. The manager was especially rude and not one employee offered an explanation or an apology for my inconvenience. I will never go back again. I would suggest everyone from this area go to Jeffersonville, they have a little longer wait but the employees are very kind.
