One of my favorite places to stop and have a bite to eat. The fare is on the high end of your typical casual dining in quality, while providing a cozy, friendly, and casual environment. Menu selection is above average, and their specials & seasonal items are amazing. Smoke is usually not a major issue for dinner (non-smoking section for lunch). Staff is friendly, attentive, as are the other patrons. The bar is low-drama and it's easy to enjoy the great bands Kelly selects (every Sat. night and Thurs. nights). Very reasonably priced as well.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsPretty good lunch menu: I especially like the buffalo chicken salad. The wraps are good as well. Service is generally quite good. Even though smoking is allowed, it never seems to be much of a nuisance

Smoking is not allowed in ANY Columbus Indiana public building now.
Don't know where you heard that, Bagman. You can smoke in several Columbus locations including 4th St.
