User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAvoid Crosstown Cleaners. I took an expensive skirt there that I've had dry cleaned before with 2 strips of leather at the waist. They used the wrong technique and the leather separated from its lining or backing. They tried to blame it on the skirt being poor quality and told me I should take it back!
