We was in there on August 31st, 08, poor service, nasty hot in the building, OVER PRICED, save your money if you are just going to eat, and go to The Golden Corral instead, better Steaks, for 1/2 the money. Forgot to mention, tried contacting the Manager of this place multiple times, to never get an email, or phone call returned.

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place to eat in Richmond! They have the best steaks I've ever had in a restaurant.

We have always got great service, the staff is always very friendly. Every menu item I've tried is excellent. My favorite steak is the Dallas Filet.

Their side items all all good too. The chili is my favorite!

They have desserts, although I have never got to try one, because I am always so full after dinner! LOL

This place is either hit or miss and more often miss. The hostess on any given night will try to sit you in smoking no matter how many non-smoking tables she has. I was left on hold by the call ahead girl for 20 minutes getting a time for a birthday table in January. The last four times I've visited at least one person in my party had their food come out significantly wrong. When the manager attempted to fix it on our last visit she brought out a piece of meat fattier than the last. The only reason most people come back is a lack of competition, the salads, and rolls. There could be a significant improvement in the quality of meat and the demeanor/friendliness.
