Before they added on even but there prices keep getting higher and higher they charge you whatever they want it is never the same and when you ask about it they say oh we added this or that and then We ask them why there price was going up so much so often and they said we have no competition In New Castle we can make it whatever we want. Not to mention we have found tons of things in the food small metal springs in the choc. pudding told Anna the owner she went and stirred it that was all then a 5 in. piece of metal in the pepper chicken!!! I have Pictures. We have found wood, hair, and string. Every time they said oh it was some of there cans need a new can opener or new spoon exc. There was no refund or anything. Anna is nice but her husband can be rude. Also They are the only Chinese place there I miss Red Sun they were really nice and have a clean place to eat. I do admit they have very good food but you get to a point can I risk it for me or our kids I dont think so. Also there take out is higher then any Chinese in Muncie, or Anderson!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest buffet in town: We always get excellent food at Ming's. Take out is quick and always delicious. My children even love the food. And toddlers can be very picky eaters.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChinese Buffet: The selection is excellent and so is the food. Whether you want to order from the menu or pick and choose from the buffet. I haven't had a dining experience here I didn't enjoy.

I'm with you Mellodee, the place is flithy, and found cochroach in the mushroom soup, and manager said it was mushroom, and we said mushrooms don't swim, it was moving for god's sake. she got a spoon and got it out and kept on serving it!! all of you thay eat their, check with the health dept for reviews...always excessive flys, etc !!!
The Red Sun was closed down for having hundreds of violations that are worse then this.
