I live near the mall, and have TWO dry cleaners within 2 to 5 blocks of my house, but neither does as good a job with my clothes nor in terms of customer service. These guys are friendly and do a great job with my clothes. They are also fast. You can drop things off in the AM before 10am and get them back the same afternoon after 4pm.
They only downside is their location is on a very tight corner with a small parking lot. When they get busy (and they do get busy, especially when people get off work), it is difficult to get in and out, but it usually works out. I've been going here for years now, and I really like these guys.-

Great service: Clothes always come home looking nice. They provide alteration and repair service also. Fast & efficient. I tried several of the cleaners in Bloomington when I first moved here. Have been going to Bloomington dry cleaners for many years now.
