User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRichmond Doge Honda ROCKS!: I had a car accident and totaled my Honda Civic. This was my first wreck and had no idea what to expect from rental companies with a insurance claim. Tina hooked me right up. I was in a car with in an hour of the phone call. It took maybe 10 minutes before I drove away. It meant a lot to me that there was no hassle. I had enough to deal with. They also towed my car to the dealership at no charge to me and handled all the insurance stuff!! A BIG, HUGE, THANK YOU to the body shop lady (Sorry I can't remember her name) and to Tina for the rental!! YOU ROCK!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starstiffany and the guys in body shop are true angels!: they have had to fix my pt cruiser 4 times after being recked severly!twice with in 10 days the same side. Tiffiny the girl that handles everyhing but the body work her self is a personal angel sent down just for me...no matter what the problem she'll fix it!SHE'S TRUELY AMAZING...EVEN BETTER THEN A THERAPIST,SHE LISTENS TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS AND ALWAYS ENDS UP FIXING THEM...

I recently wrecked my automobile and the body shop did a wonderful job and had it done before they promised it. Keep up the good work!
