User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTHE BEST! Sink the biz and great pizza. I love the atmosphere, it's IU through and through. Obama stopped there in the spring- Great Beer selection and an plenty of seating up or down stairs.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat place! Not really my scene unless I have a group of friends ready to play Sink the Biz or I'm heading in for some pub grub, but it's a place you must experience. They have a pizza special, includes: personal pizza and salad, for all of $5.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsA Bloomington Tradition: While I have had better meals and experiences in my life, If you ever visit Bloomington, Indiana, you should definately stop at Nick's English Hut. A fixture in downtown and close to Indiana University, Nick's has a large menu, offering pub food for the most part and the subdued lighting and dark interior make you feel like you're sitting in an old irish pub. I recommend going early in the evening if you wish to avoid the student drinking crowd (unless you are a student drinker). The food is fair, service okay, but check out the pictures on the wall and the signature wall upstairs. It carries the likes of Bob Knight, Jimmy Fallon, Dave Chappelle and many others. Nick's has been around for over 75 years and should be here for 75 more.
