User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAs a tenant in these apartments, I strongly recommend you look elswhere. They do not fix things when they need fixed, dirty carpet that they refuse to replace after 7 years. That is you are living in 7 years worth of other people's filth. They can not keep employees and lets talk about the lawn care. They mow only once every two weeks, giving our children nice big bug bites. Oh to put the icing on the cake if they find out you put something on here, they take away your air even though you have small children. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I would NOT recommend living in these apartments. They do not fix things and charge YOU for normal wear and tear on their cheaply built apartments. I have known several people to be without their heat and air, new carpet coming unravelled because it is soooo cheap, closet racks pulling out of the wall because it has mounted just into the drywall and not a stud, and the list goes on. Save your self the hassle and look elsewhere.

I 100% agree with these statements.....As a tenet Myself, I know first hand that these apt. are unsafe and unsanitary. From the mold growing under the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms to the dirty carpets that are stained right down to the padding. Oh and lets talk about the up keep on the maintance around here....With the grass being so high that west nile is sure to rear it ugly head around here. Heed our warning....Look elsewhere.
