I had a very good experience with Brian which was the Tech I had. I am sure that all Tech's are great at On Site Computers. When I even call the person on the other line is very pleasant and very helpful. I fell they give me the best service because my lab top computer was made in 2004 and most companies would of told him not worth keeping. I called On Site Computers and they sent Brian out to hook up my wireless to this computer. It worked for a couple of days then I had a little more trouble but Brian did not give up he had me bring that computer in so he could watch an work on it. I am not a computer wizard but I felt he had all the time in the world to help me knowing he had to have bigger problems to face that day. I want to thank all at On Site Computers and any one reading this review that needs help putting a computer together, or just help understanding why these crazy machines do what the want to do, or just need some help on your old computer On Site is the place to call. Thank You All At On Site For The Help and yes my computer is still working great. I am sure you will here from the Zeller's house hold again. A small company with the knowledge and service you'd expect out of a much larger one...and better still, you'll get the personal service that's so hard to find. On-Site is famous around here for going 'above and beyond'. Their already excellent reputation is well deserved. I recently launched a website and they have been invaluable in offering advice, tech support and they execute my requests quickly, painlessly and accurately. I can't imagine doing it without them.
