User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy daughter's wedding is in about 3 weeks - she is going to Purdue so this was the logical place to arrange for the dresses and tuxes. The staff is more than helpful, very friendly and they work in a very stressful environment. How would you like to work with young bridzillas and snooty prom queens every day? The dresses turned out perfect and the tux shop had all the guys moving like clockwork on the day of the measurements. My daughter was so impressed she applied for a job at this store.

I shopped at 5 different bridal stores and this was the worst. No one wanted to help me on the phone finding a dress. Then, once I finally got a response that they might possibly have the dress, I called them to see if they were open the Saturday after June 4th. The girl said yes and hurriedly got off the phone. So, I show up and they are closed. They were open, but apparently it was not important to tell me that they switched hours for that day. I went back later and they had the dress but they won't let you take pictures, which is ridiculous. Every store around them let me do it for the same designer. I had to travel an hour away to take a picture of the dress I want to buy to show my parents. I am 800 miles from home and shopping alone. I will never buy anything from them or go to them for anything else.

Do the stores not get to pick there rules. How do you know she hurried off the phone? Maybe they were busy and they had customers. Would that have been July 4th. Did you tell them that you were 800 miles from home because when I told them that my mother lived far away they let me take a picture. I thought the girls at The Bridal Boutique were wonderful.
