User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat restaurant! Staff is always extremely friendly, and I have never had to wait to be seated! Salsa is delicious...tastes homemade! The wait staff brings your food and refills so quickly! Food is great...all the combos are great deals! As some other posts have said, it is really nice that smoking & nonsmoking are two completely separate rooms. I never smell like smoke after leaving, which is definitely a plus! The only other Mexican place I go to in town is El Rodeo in West Lafayette, but I much prefer Little Mexico. I have not been to the original in Crawfordsville, but I have been to Little Mexico 3 in Indy, and it is delicious as well! Little Mexico 2 is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Lafayette for sure!

This place is the best! The salsa is as good as my homemade! My kids think it's the best, too. Great place for a fast lunch, but just as nice for a family dinner. One of the few restaraunts I go to with smoking allowed. The smoking area is completely separate and you don't have to walk through it to get to the non-smoking section like most restaurants.
