I was told that Bestbuy (Worse Buy now) would match anything from Amazon.com, HHgregg, or any one that sale the same item. But today I went there to try to price match with HHgregg's canon lens. I was told by management that the price is too cheap to match. And then the managers to call HHgregg store to confirm that the price HHgregg is selling is not open box or price mistake, but it turned out the price is on promotion. Well, I I could say something, i would call Best buy is Worse Buy. I would only go there to see the actual item and then go home to look elsewhere, such as: Amazon, buy.com, etc. I am sure that any online stores would beat Worsebuy.com prices. I give WorseBuy.com a '1' since 0 is not allowed.

Horrible service!!!! None of the employees in the electronics department know anything about computers. Personally I would check out CBL Computers and Repair in Lafayette, Indiana. URL: www.CBLComputers.com

Bought Laptop Toshiba and GigaWorks T20 Creative (Speaker). I told the Sales and Geek Squad (Lafayette, IN Store) no need to install Optimum CD. At the end, I was charged for CD for almost $50. The Laptop box already opened (I am sure this is ILLEGAL to give opened item with reason already checked by the Geek Squad when I returned). The Creative also was an opened item with discount 10% but charged me with full price until I came back at to the same Geek telling him to change the price. In short there are 3 bad the Geek Squad has DONE: 1. Selling Laptop without telling it is an opened item. 2. Selling CD that I did not ask and when I asked for return money the Customer Service said nonreturnable because it is a service (CD is not a service cause CD is an item) then I told them that they are doing ILLEGAL, finally I got my money Returned $49.97. 3. Installed something without any consent into MY Laptop is ILLEGAL.
Another experience was the Customer Service was not that smart enough to figure out about REWARD ZONE. My wife called the BEST BUY Costumer Service through OnLINE telling her that to get reward is to come the the LOCAL STORE. We went there and met Store Customer Service telling us that we could get REWARD by ONLINE.
Every thing is up to YOU. This is my Experience SHOPPING at BEST BUY Lafayette, IN. They might have changed their GREEDINESS, but when it talks about MONEY or BONUS by selling more items, EMPLOYEES tend to do anything even though it is obviously ILLEGAL.
