User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI feel like I'm in a bar when I go here. The amount of smoke in the air at this place is unreal. This would not be my first choice in dinning.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love R & S Cafe, prices are great and service is awesome. We never cared for the previous owners (when it was Mandys). The new owners are great and atmoshpere is much better. Food is much better, Fast Service. I give this place 5 stars!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsJust to clear this up!! My family used to own this (Mandy being my Aunt) and she no longer owns it. It is under new managment now and is now called "R & S Cafe and Pizza."
Just wanted to clear my Aunt's name---Because it was flipping awesome when we had it!!!
