User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place does suck. The Manager is a prick that is in the Evansville,IN store. I bought a TV over 3 years ago. and it broke and it was 2 months past the warranty. I did back half of the money I spent on the warranty but they will not let me have cash to put on my tv bill or I have to use it in there store which everything is 3 times the cost. They will not even let me use it on I pods or anything like.

This place really sucks. I purchased two HDTV converters here and when they could not find the government coupons that I had given them one of the women at the desk called me. They asked what "I" had done with the coupons. They had failed to get them off of the top of the two converters that I bought and covered them up when they finally printed out my receipt. They failed to provide me with a bag for my purchases so I picked up the stack and left. When I got the call I was driving and I told them I would take a look as soon as I stopped at my next location. About a minute later some male idiot called me from the same store and started to threaten me about the coupons. I did find them and was a lot kinder than they were and I took them back. I will NOT ever shop there again.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot satisfied with extended warranty service: I purchased a big screen tv 2 years ago, and bought extended warranty I paid $500 for the warranty. I have not had my tv since April 2005. We are almost to the month of July and my set has not been repaired. I am not satisfied with the business that does repair work or with King's for not wanting to do anything to take care of the problem.Would not recommend anyone buying because of their service after the sale.
