User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is horrible. I would never ever take anything there again. They have horrible customer service, from employees and owner.
I took my wedding dress and veil there to get cleaned and preserved. I didn't see my veil in the box and called to ask about it. They assured me my veil was in the box. Two and a half years later when I opened my box to get my veil out for my sister to wear. It wasn't in there. I contacted them and they were very rude, they NEVER apologized and didn't do anything to compensate me. They acted like it was the one at fault.
