   EXCELLENT!!: I drive by this restaurant every night and see their sign for specials. The other night the sign said "Prime Rib Every Night" and that sounded really good. So, I asked hubby if he'd like to go on a date Saturday night! We got there about 7pm and they really weren't too crowded. Their sections (smoking and non) are very well divided off and although there's a bar partly in the smoking section it is also a nice area.
   
   We got the menu's and I admit that the prices kind of scared me at first. The Prime Rib dinner was $17 (the King cut was a dollar more). Hubby ordered that.. .with a shrimp skewer on the side while I instead got the New York Strip with a skewer on the side. They brought the plates and the steaks were HUGE. I had never seen steaks so big (I can only imagine what the King Prime Rib looked like). As they sat down the plates I told hubby that we knew we were getting plenty for our money and that the test would be in the taste. They MELTED in your mouth!!
   
   Due to the cost it's not necessarily some where we'll go to quite often but will keep it in mind. I have found that many of these small towns have these little hole in the wall places and they have excellent food.
   
   The service here was great too and I'm BIG on service. Being a former waitress I can sometimes be hard to please. However, I'm also very sympathetic in many areas too. When we get good service we leave great tips!! Sometimes all it takes is to keep my coffee cup full! Hubby paid the tip this time and he did well. Actually he did a bit more than I was going to. I was going to leave $10, he left $15. The benefit is that when we go back to places like that we continue to get great service because they know how well we tip.
