User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have lived here 2 years and I have several complaints....when we moved in rent was $570/month for a two bed room and it has gone up every year....I was told we would get a new patio fence when we moved in and we could choose if we wanted a full or half fence, we still have yet to get a new fence.....we have loud neighbors who we have complained about several times and nothing has changed......our heat didn't work when we moved in after they fixed that our air didn't work the following summer and it goes back and forth every season we have to call and have it fixed.....our patio door doesn't have a functional lock just the extra security bar that was put in the track......every time someone moves out she paints and has new carpet put in...we didn't get that when we moved in....and she has replaced all out neighbors storm doors and we still have the one that was put on when the apartments were built 30 years ago....the updated apartments have new interior doors also.....why are we paying more every year if nothing is being updated for us??......this place is so not worth the price not only for the staff but the age of the apartments....

they are never around to pick up the phone when you need something i dont even thing the head office comes to work i call probably 3 or 4 time a day and nothing...

I agree!! I called to get a price on the apartments and didn't get an answer after calling for two days. Then I left a voicemail and my call was never returned! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They just lost a potential customer! Their loss not mine!!
