User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI paid the three months in advance and still haven't received service and it's been 5 weeks! We have been bringing our trash to our business, stinking up our vehicles! Every time I call, I am on hold for sometimes up to 20 minutes, and then just get a full message box. I am actually on hold right now! I'm so frustrated I almost want to dump our trash in their front lawn!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWANTED TO GIVE ZERO STAR RATING: Every time the Jamax trucks pick up trash, we have to go out and pick up the mess they leave behind. The operators could care less if they get the trash in the truck or the street or your yard. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
