Reconstruction includes mending broken pieces, recreating missing elements, then mixing and blending precise custom colors to restore the original beauty. We work on everything from little plaster hand-casts to pre-Columbian art. We smooth out rim chips on crystal goblets, mend broken stems and polish the cloudiness out of crystal decanters and vases. We solder, polish and renew sterling, brass, copper, silverplate and bronze, including straightening out that fork that went down the disposal. We can retin your worn copper pots for many years of additional service and make them shine like new. We receive referrals daily from the best-known art institutes, appraisers, jewelers and historical societies in the area.
