I went to Big Rock's Special event with a group. My food was good and hot. At least half of the group had cold food. With the prices they charge, it should of the been hot all around. The service was very slow and unorganized. We had eight in our party and it seemed like they cooked four people at a time. The second problem area, I will say, was the forced non-complementary valet service.

We had an all around excellent experience at Big Rock. It was our first time there and we will definately return. We may have our wedding at The Reserve because of the excellent food and desserts. You can't beat the location and parking. The service was great from the moment we pulled up and the valet took our car until the minute we left. You have to try the desserts!
