    Dr Long is new however, she is awesome! My horse was very ill and could die from the infection she had. Unlike most doctors she took the time to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be done to provide Cricket the best care, she walked me thought each step, and answered all my questions. After visiting my farm she even called a couple days later to check on Cricket's progress. NO VET DOES THAT THESE DAYS! I am very happy with her kind caring personality and will continue to use her for all of my animal needs. If you are not happy with your current vet, give her a call, she is worth every dime.

    Krause Vet Clinic has been very rude and insulting to me the last few times I have called for an appointment for my poor itchy/arthritic dog. They gave me an appointment today, Sat 4/18/09 without any trouble but as I was leaving they said I really need to call in advance for my dogs allergy shots! They didn't sound like it was a problem on the phone. I felt embarrassed that I was being a bother. You know, they weren't even busy in there; I told the girl at the desk if it was a problem you could have just said so!! I'm not going to take my pets there any more, and I hope they know Armada, being a small town - it doesn't take long for word to get around. I'm so upset that they look on us as such a problem - what compassion!! My husband and I work fulltime so going locally to the Vet was nice; They never treated my dog like this before. Please forward this on to their office, I'm going to send a letter to their local News Paper, I hope they will print it if not there are other ways to get the word out.

    Dr. Krause saw my three dogs again today. It's that time of the year. Starbuck, Dyce and Daisey got all their shots, heart worm testing and exam . Dr. Krause is very gentle. As another poster stated Dr. Krause is down to earth and practices common sense medicine. He doesn't push high priced procedures. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I completely trust Dr. Krause's judgement.
