BEST DRY CLEANER IN TOWN!: I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE LAST REVIEWER'S ISSUES WERE. COULD HAVE BEEN ISOLATED. I HAVE USED THIS CLEANERS FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS -- THEY ARE THE BEST! I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Use at your own risk!!: This is the worst dry cleaner in the Lafayette area. The employees and the manager have no experience with their profession and don't care if they earn or keep your business. We won't be back and encourage others to stay away unless you like having expensive clothing ruined by incompetent workers and rude management.

Will never use again: When dropping off several pieces for cleaning, a formal dress was included. They asked if there was beading on the dress (none) and said the entire order would be ready the following day after 5pm. The day after it was to be ready, the dress was not done because 'formals always take 2-3 days' which I was not told even though they obviously knew there was a formal in the order. The information was relayed very rudely, as if I should have known that they didn't care I was given incorrect information. Not five minutes later I get a phone call saying they dress has stains on it that won't come out with dry cleaning and they need to wet clean it. Since all that is is 'throwing in a washer' according to the woman on the phone, I said no. She tells me I will still be charged for the cleaning but there are still stains on the dress that I won't allow them to try to get out. The whole conversation, the woman was very rude as if she thought I was five years old. When I asked about why the dress wasn't ready like woman told me when I dropped it off, she responded again, very rudely 'it always takes 2-3 days for formals.' I do not appreciate being treated this way and being given incorrect information along with not doing the job they are charging me for. BEWARE!!! Use a different cleaner!
