User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called to ask about some dry cleaning that had been peed on by my cats before I could get it dropped off. I had already contacted another dry cleaners' and gotten a horrendous reception, but upon followinf up with Executive Dry Cleaners through Scrub-a-Duds Laundromat, I was given a full explanation of what they could and could not do, providing me with multiple options and the assurance that if I were to drop off my clothes, the gentleman I was put in touch with, Bart, would handle them himself. It was night and day difference, and they will be sure to have my business in the future.

They put a big hole in my silk dress and didn't even tell me about it. They offered nothing in compensation.
