injury complaint: On Tuesday, Feb.1 at approx. 8:30pm I was getting out of my van at this 7 Eleven and slipped and fell on ice. The worker there and a customer were looking out the window when I fell, I told the worker there that she needed to put salt down there and she non challantly said "alright". She didn't ask me if I was okay, even when I was limping and what really upset me was 45min. later on the way to work my husband stopped in to see if it had been salted, it had not. He asked the worker if she had ice salt, she said it was behind the counter, he then told her to salt the sidewalk& parking lot and what had happened, he also left his card with his name on it for her. By the way she was on a personal call when my husband came in, so she had plenty of time to salt. and when i had left she just continued doing trash bags. This is not the kind of service I like, we use this facility almost daily.I believe my big toe is broken and my toe nail is broke.
