This is best place to eat in Richmond and Armada! It has the same owners too! I love everything I ever order and the staff if very fast & friendly at both locations. I love the all you can eat breakfast on Sunday & I love to watch the cook cook our eggs right in front of us! Both places are great and whoever the owners are "Keep up the good work!!!"

we eat at the one in armada. one day we were out towards richmond and decided to go there for breakfast. the buffet they have on sundays needs to be more cleaned and org. they also need to make the special orders in the kitchen and not out in the open. the person cooking was spilling food on the floor and not cleaning it up. they were just stepping on/over it. the aramada location is very clean and org.

I eat at the Chaps in Richmond for breakfast every Sunday and it's very busy. I love to watch them cook the omelets in front of you. OMG, you give them 2 stars because the cook just happens to drop some food and cleans it! Give me a break!!
