    I would never do business with these people, ever again. I purchased a pool from them and they gave me a name of an installer to use. The installer 4 hours late and wanted to be paid with a money order. I purchased a money order for him and when he was finished went to a party store to try and cash it and came back and said her need cash only. To bad Buddy, the m.o. was already filled out in your name. After I filled the pool the walls buckled in. I called Viscount and they told me they are not responsible for the installation and that I had to get a hold of the installer(he never returned my 100+ phone calls). Viscount basically washed their hands of any responsibility. Remember they (Viscount) gave me this guys number to call for installation. I ended up paying another installation company to take the pool down and re-install it. Granted the pool was nice and I have had no major issues with it, it is just that their customer service sucks.

    This store made a lot of money off of me when I bought the pool but thats where the customer service ended. If you have a problem with the pool - good luck trying to get any help. When parts started going bad only after a couple months of the warranty ending I went back to the store for assistance. They ordred the part, which without my motor wouldn't run. I was told it would take about five days for the part to come in but it actually took three weeks while my pool sat there getting swamping looking. When I called to complain about the delay, I was told they have no control over it and if I wanted I could order it elsewhere. After the new part was put on, they told me it wasn't the part and I needed a brand new motor, this after only 3 years. The following summer I took the motor in to be fixed at another place and it was working fine. Nothing was wrong with the motor. When the pool was opened this year, it was dirty from the year before. I contacted Viscount and they gave me the number of the guy who services pools for them because they do not come out themselves. I set up an appointment and the guy never showed. I also left him several messages but received no return call. After a week and a half I called Viscount and they said they would personally call him and have him give me a call. When he did call me back he raised his voice and said how dare I call the store and "bash" him. He doesn't want to look bad to Viscount and that is where he gets his money from to feed his family. Well, there is no question about it, I will never do business with Viscount pools again.
