User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Thai Orchid is great, I eat there at least once a week, and every friday 8 of us from work order and have it delivered. I love the pad thai spicy, the coconut ice cream is to die for.
The restaurant is so clean and the staff is great.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWhere to start, well first it took forever for the staff to take my order. The food came reasonably fast, but with a price to payâ¦.that price was crap food. The rice is long grain apposed to more appeasing short grain that other more authentic places choose to use. I canât even go into detail about the main course, mostly because there is no detail. It was that bad, I canât even explain the horribleness behind it. These type of places only do business because the âbig cityâ residents of the Clem throw their hard earn money into a horrible lunch, and the sad part is they donât even realize how unauthentic this place is. Itâs like ordering a cappuccino from McDonalds and telling everyone at work how it reminds you of your summer in Italy. In reality this person is stupid and probably never left the mean streets of Mt. Clemens. I gave this place 2 stars because the Thai Ice Tea was pretty good, Iâm sure it was a ancient Thai Orchid secret that will be passed down along with many years of horrible meals.
