One of the worst experiences of my life!.....I brought my corvette in for sevice and first they tried to sell me a bunch of parts I didnt need, although to someone more gullable I am sure they sell quite a bit this way!....then with Tom on the phone I described the front light that was burned out (a turnsignal bulb) and they said they couldnt find one burned out, then they said they fixed it...when I went to pick up my car Sherri just pointed me to the cashier with no hello or smile, I felt bad because I was interrupting her reading her newspaper and it seemed like I was a bother to her.....when I finally got my car I was driving home and someone at the gas station pointed out to me that my turn signal bulb was burned out!! UGH!!!!...so then I get a thank you card in the mail and it said I would be receiving a customer satisfaction survey shortly so I thought I would wait and send that in to express my dissastisfaction, but I never received one in the mail!!! so I am writing on here to let everyone know that there are a lot of choices for places people can take their vehicles for sevice....just dont take it to Moran unless you want to to be treated rudely and sold unneeded parts, and oh yeah, they never fixed the problem to begin with!! ( but they chartged me $300) !!
wonderful customer service: I was recently at Moran Chevrolet two separate times with my 2 year old and 4 year old. The customer service representative, Sherry, was wonderful. My kids thought we were having a fun day out and still ask me to go back to the dealership. Sherry made sure they both received coloring books and crayons, popcorn and fruit snacks!!! The work done on both of my vehicles was quick and everything looked fantastic and worked great. Tom in the body shop was also super nice and made sure that our visit was quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership, amazingly their slogan, "we treat you like family" was true!!!
Worst experience ever!!!: Overcharged me and my warranty company on both parts and service. Highly inflated part prices.
Also attempted to sell me work that DID NOT need to be performed.
Sherry in service is terrible, poor communication and RUDE.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MORAN CHEVROLET FOR ANYTHING!
